Doyle Helms
Managing Partner, Realtor
Doyle brings years of management experience to our business. He moved to Waco in the early 70's to manage the local Sears store. After a successful career with Sears, Doyle moved on and joined A G Edwards to further his own knowledge and assist others with managing their financial portfolios and investments. After 8 years of continued success as a Broker, Doyle was mildly coerced into joining his daughter in the real estate business.
Knowledge of construction, real estate as an investment, having bought and sold numerous properties over the years, and being tremendously involved with Waco and it's growth for over 30 years, Doyle's vast knowledge is a great asset to our company and it's clients. | |

Luana Rodriguez
Operations Manager, Realtor
Luana brings the background of a paralegal to the business. She is computer proficient, has an interior design degree, and a creative eye for possibilities in improving ("fixing up") houses. Her experience includes working with a design firm in Ft. Lauderdale where she also used her paralegal degree working with a law firm in Tampa. Luana is a good organizer, who can be trusted to handle your real estate needs.
She oversees our listing activity, buyer's needs, and managing the details of our operation and can also represent clients through buyer representation or listing agreements. Luana and her husband, Gabriel , moved to Waco in 1996 to open Ninfas their family's restaurant, they have now opened another venture, "One Thirty Five Prime" in the Westrock Center in Hewitt. Since moving to Waco, they have been very involved with the community through various activities and serving in volunteer capacities. | | | |
